The mission of the strategic planning process and the strategic planning committee is to identify three to four areas of opportunity for improvement; formulate measurable goals for addressing those improvement opportunities; create specific action plans for achieving those goals; and implement a system for monitoring, measuring and reporting our progress made toward realizing our goals.
